That was a cute trash can! Fiberglass is a pain, but might be worth it in the long run...

Such a good little trash can. Yeah I think it makes sense for this particular situation, but... in retrospect I would have had an aluminum pan laser cut and bent. I think it would have been no more expensive than all the glass and resin, tbh.

Signs your project is going GREAT. 1. lets talk about the CUTE BABY trash can! Tehehe. 2. Talking about how gloves work and not understanding such as. It has NOT burst into flames and is continuing to remain entact into ONE solid piece... I wouldn't say it's a disaster so thats something. Congrats!
