@bnock bunny I get what you're saying but the thing is I love JoJo fights for their complexity, uniqueness, and unpredictability however I also believe that Jotaro defeating Dio at the end of part 3 was very obvious. Yeah Dio didn't have his former abilities maybe cz of Jonathan's body or cz Za warudo was a sufficient and op af stand idk but even if he did, the writer could've just written a way that would allow Jotaro to still beat him. However it's not like there were no consequences as half of the crusaders ended up dead at the end. Also not only villains but heroes get nerfed as well for example Joseph was kinda nerfed in part 3 (eg lost of darby when he's such a genius) and Jotaro was heavily nerfed in part 6. So I disagree with you saying all the JoJos won with plot armour because not only all the fights were intelligently well written but they also came with consequences for both sides. You know what I'm talking about if you've watched the show. In this sense jojo fights literally have the least plot armour compared to rest.

If we go by that logic then Dio over heaven is the strongest, as he controls reality itself, although he needs to be in contact with the target for it to activate (basically thanos reality infinity stone but if thanos was smart and knew how to use it). I actually think Lucy is getting really strong. She was able to defeat someone in the 100 year quest manga that Erza had to go FULL ON STRENGTH even with Laxus's help. She did it as well on FULL STRENGTH but without Laxus's help since he barely could move without courage. Sorry if this was a spoiler alert or if I am wrong.
