Anner Chisline iglooo102 - I get that, very true. Steven's work is influenced by his love of theater and musicals which make it different from Fallon or the rest. Stevens projects seem more varied and cultured. His team is incredible as well, glad he has surrounded himself with a team as good as they are. No disrespect implied.

Stephen Colbert and James Corden are truly raising the bar for late night. It's not enough to just be a good interviewer and a great comedian anymore. What separates the men from the boys nowadays is variety and talent, and the others (*cough, Kimmel) better step up their game.
