Day 1: You should try AP Bruiser Udyr. Axiom Arcanist works with the second activation of his abilities. Extra damage on Q and R, extra shield and heal on W. Abilities: Max R and W first, E at lvl 3, then you can kinda split E and Q however you like, it doesn't make a huge difference but Q helps take down towers and tanks a bit. Runes: Adaptive + Scaling Hp + Scaling Hp Axiom Arcanist + Gathering Storm The "smart" runes are the Resolve tree with Grasp, Shield Bash, Conditioning/Second Wind, and Overgrowth/Revitalize. The "fun" runes are the Precision Tree with Conqueror and whatever else you feel like. Presence of Mind means you'll never run out of mana in a fight. Cut Down or "Cut the Grass" both work pretty good. Build: You'll want to start with Doran's Ring pretty much regardless of the matchup. The mana regen means you can use W more often which will typically heal more than Doran's Shield as long as you can punch things. (Maybe Shield + Second Wind if you're against a Teemo or Heimerdinger.) Liandry's + Blood Letter's Curse + Riftmaker + Sorc Shoes Will be the core build. The other two items should be tank stuff. I'd suggest Abyssal Mask, Unending Despair, and/or Sunfire Aegis for a bit of extra damage. Jak'Sho, Thornmail, and Force of Nature are great options too. Obviously it depends on what type of damage the enemy team is doing the most of. Regardless, you'll be hard to kill. They won't be able to burst you, and Riftmaker + Grasp/Conq + W will keep you alive through most protracted engagements.

What do you guys mean when you say you sleep to these videos? Do you close your eyes with the audio in the background? Do you watch the video until you fall asleep? I don’t get it.

Some people need background noise in order to fall asleep better, as silence can make it difficult to focus on falling asleep. It's like people who listen to ocean sounds or white noise to sleep. When you've watched and played enough League (or Zwag videos), you can recognize what's going on just by listening, not need to focus too much. and still enjoy the video.

@@FarmerSakki personally i can fall asleep without any background/white noise but when i do play something to fall asleep to I hit up MrCreepyPasta's channel for some high quality content™ falling asleep to league gameplay is peak addict behavior but i honestly cant blame these people cuz i caught myself dozing off a few times watching these lol

As someone who loves background noise because it is better than having tinnitus be as loud in your ear, Zwag's voice makes for some easy background listening even tho i do not play league. If it werent for tinnitus I'd probably enjoy the silence, but I do have other people under the same roof and sometimes I can be a light sleeper to other people's noise. Hope that makes sense from my perspective
