Asriel in Undertale: *Depressed, edgy, scared, and very traumatized after watching his adopted sibling commit suicide in order to save his race and also dying by the humans in Chara´s village after rightfully refusing to attack them.* Asriel in Deltarune: Got to grow up peacefully and happy, is now in college, not having to worry about getting his poor mind messed up by time travel shenanigans or losing his sibling. On the bright side, Flowey eventually went with Frisk and the others to the surface and is getting better as shown in the winter alarm clock dialogue, so at least flower boi is finally living happily hanging out with his best bro and homie Papyrus.
