is there a way to knit this without the big hole next to the flower?

I found there is a small hole, but it's not terribly large. Make sure to cinch the stitch after the wraps to keep it as tight as you can. :)

I wanted to stay and watch However, your low volume makes that too difficult. I'm on my lap top, Mac, volume on high and can barely hear you.
