You should try rock climbing/abseiling. It's great fun. It's also a good way to get out and explore! I did a bit when I was a teenager highest climb I did was about 20m and highest abseil was a 35m waterfall in a rainforest(dry season, was still wet and very slippery) with 20m of free fall/overhang. Great experience would 100% recommend!
