Fiesta ST Bumper Removal and Grill Modification

The stock grill on a Fiesta ST is about half restrictive and is not all that cool looking. So I took the bumper off and shaved the grill to be more appealing. I didn't show video of me grinding the grill away as its very boring. What it took do shave the grill was just an angle grinder and some sort of grinding head (I used a 60 grit flap wheel) to grind/melt (basically) the plastic away. It's easier to take the grill out of the bumper instead of leaving it on. It will take time so if you plan on doing this figure about 2-3 hours of just grinding and about an hours worth of taking apart and reassembling.
Tools needed to remove the bumper:
-Phillips head screw driver
-T25 and T30 Screw driver or equivalent
-1/4 inch socket set with 7mm, extension, and swivel* (very important)

How did you get the main grille off? Does it pop out or do i have to drop the front bumper to get to it?

Litesh0w front bumper has to come off entirely before you can take the grill out. Takes a little time to pry the tabs that lock it into place

What did you use to sand the lower part of the grill with?

It's in the comments, however there are many ways to do it. Mainly just something abrasive like the 60 grit flap wheel on an angle grinder. Btw it looks sexy as hell when its done.
