Fiesta ST180 - MSD330 On the Dyno. (S280 Turbo)

A nice Fiesta ST180 with all the hardware for our MSD330 calibration making 333 PS and 442 NM. Great cars these, just add an induction kit, a good turbo back exhaust, a decent up-rated intercooler and a Turbo Technics S280 turbo with one of our Turbosmart actuators and you are away. No need to open the engine or even add bigger injectors. Fast little cars!
Naturally, it's being tuned in an ultra safe environment too here at Motorsport Developments. With our dyno being housed in its own virtually soundproof custom cell with enough cooling airflow to turn the entire cell over with fresh air every 4 seconds as well as dedicated engine cooling, exhausts extraction and cell extraction systems, there is no better or safer dyno for your car in the UK.

Why exactly is this called "Stage 5"? Usually a turbo swap on the Fiesta ST is called Stage 3. I know it's just a name for the kit, but if Stage 1 is changing the software, Stage 2 is some hardware changes and Stage 3 is usually a different turbo, what are Stages 4 and 5 doing additionally?

I'd call that stage 4. Fiestas usually go: Stage 1 intake +tune Stage 2 intake + intercooler + tune Stage 3 intake + intercooler + highflo or catless downpipe + tune (full bolt on), usually also a rear motor mount. Stage 4 all that + turbo Stage 5 all that + turbo + aux fuel set up.

328Bhp/326ft-lbs~, so probably right around the 300whp range, With similar torque. I've got the same turbo and that's about what you get without an aux fuel set up or an injector/hpfp combo set up. No aux fuel =285whp-315whp With Aux fuel = as much as a bit over 400whp or at least that's the most I've seen fiestas with S280's dyno.
