Birthday balloons table decoration tutorial

Table decoration tutorial in air-filled balloons, on the birthday theme
What you need:
4 pastel yellow balloons 13 cm
4 pastel lilac balloons 13 cm
1 aluminum balloon 46 cm on the birthday theme
1 ball 30 cm and a little sand to make the weight
2 260Q balloons, sculpting balloons
1 hand or electric pump
1 template, for the diameter of the balloons you will use a diameter of 5 "(12.70cm) and a diameter of 4" (10.16cm)
To make a template, you can use cubic moving cardboard, a little thick, dimensions 40x40x40cm.
On it you trace your diameters using a compass and cut them out with a cutter.
