if you want to use your transfer budget before you lose it to get a better team you can do two things: 1) put it at 1:99 in wages and then give a number of players you don't plan to use a raise and then sell them next year 2) fire your scouts and use the 99:1 in favor of transfer budget to get the best scouts available

Ches plzz read this there is a way to transfer money from season to season adjust your money to all in the wage budget and just a little in the transfer budget and offer a contract to one of the players you want to sell so if you have 300k wage give it to someone yo want to sell then in the new season sell that player it will say you have the players normal wage but go to the budget and the 300k wage will be there it actually works it really isnt a cheat because its your own money anyway I'm excited for the window

if you put all your money into wages offer a contract with that amount to a player you are going to sell and then sell them it is a way of keeping all the money won in the previous season

Ches if you can't sell a player off who you give a raise in salary just use them as part of a deal so you'd still be able to get them out the squad and you most likely won't have to pay the wages of the player you're getting in the swap deal. Plus I suggest doing with the least valuable player so you don't lose if they don't get transferred. And even if the team your trying to ship them off to with trade doesn't want the player then just give the team the amount they want for the player you're trying to buy and the player you're trying to get rid of and they'll accept the offer. You'll be losing money in the sense that your player's evaluated worth will mean nothing but you'll be gaining so much more to get them off the wage bill. What you get for next season is a fixed amount or at least in my careers it is. I've tested it where I've spent the money and loaded the next season up and were I didn't spend the money and I got the same amount. Sorry for the long comment but I hope maybe it can help.

the reason ches>docks is because ches isn't that good of a player and doesn't win litteraly every thing he ever plays to the point it's just annoying to watch. idk if ches plays on legendary though, i don't think so honestly and he should :p.

+ImCrunk I don't care if ches played on beginner difficulty, what I care about is the quality of the videos. Also ches is better than docks because when he does strawpoll votes he lets oeveryone in his KZbin channel know, otherwise docks only announces strawpoll votes on Twitter which is bad because he has a lot more subscribers than followers on Twitter, that means that LESS people get to vote which makes transfer decisions unfair sometimes.
