I actually use a lot the player instructions to balance my attackers runs or the behaviour of the middfielders ! You could do some more creative squad builders with underrated players and hybrid links that most of us are not used to see ! Nice video though :)

Player instructions are only important on certain formations such as 433-5 & 4321. Without instructions both of those formations are not quite up to the mark. 41212 with or without instructions don't work for me this year. Only formation which is the best this year is 4312. That's just GODLY!

My favorite squad has IF Gourcuff at ST as well as SIF UP Lacazette. Gourcuff outperforms Lacazette most of the time though, he has 50-some goals in 39 games. Try it out for yourself, maybe with NIF Lacazette?

Instead of Negredo, use Diego Costa. It may increase the price of the team but he is a much better striker in my opinion and you still get 100 chemistry.
