When you're about 20 or 25 meters away, another great method is to dip it in the long upper corner.Aim just a bit next to the long post, power between 2 and 2,5 Bars and give it some Topspin (Left stick up). Or you could try to go underneath the wall. Hold LB and give just a bit of power (1-2 bars) try it and share your experience please :)

my favorite free kick is holding LT + LB and hitting X (L2 + L1 and [ ]) looks so cool not too effective though or having the 2nd/3rd players run over the ball for a throughball works VERY consistently, idk how often you do that (fake shot with the corresponding player then immediately hitting the throughball button i do it numerous times when the screen pops up just to be sure its going to him)

Power free kicks need to be around at least 32 yrds for the to really work. Even at 32, it's best to do the dipping power free kick. True power free kicks are for like 35-40 yrds. Those are really easy if you have the Ronaldo or Rooney type player with ALOT of power

If you are right on the edge of the box in front of the goal I'd recommend the ground free kick. Hold LB + left stick up and simply tap B and chances are it will go right under the wall. Makes people rage quit everytime

Hey man thanks for the tutorial absolutely loved it. I am having a some problems while performing the free kicks (a) The first one when I press the L1 and increase the power to more than three bars it doesn't go above the players instead it hits them on the chest and sometimes on the foot. (b)When I try to curve the ball it doesn't curve I bend it (L3) at an angle of 45 degree but it doesn't really curve. (c) The dipping free kick works sometimes. but most of the time it goes above the bar. I have watched your long shot video also. I finesse the kick but the goal keeper catches it all the time, I have tried to overpower the finesse but doesn't work. Maybe it is the power which i apply if you could throw some light on that too and tell me :) Sorry if this is an issue, if you could help me out :D Kepp up the good work cheers P.S I am on fifa 15 ps3

On 360 I found the free kicks work without using the LB just aim your left stick n the right direction and get the right power and for curve free kicks your have to roll the left stick
