It said "Based on your fifa 16 career progress, you are entitled to a 5+ attributes boost" Not the exact words but you get the point. So, yes you can. But it has to be on the same platform of course. Which is really a bummer for me, as I bought it on PC this year and I had it on PS4 last year, so I can't use this offer.

I went from a 66 rated CAM to a 84 rated CAM in my first season. I didn't even use the +5 attribute boost (as I didn't own FIFA 16 so therefore it wasn't an option). And I only used 1 training session boost from the catalogue.

Little Young Playa Yeah same I also move every time I went to barca at 93 rated 99 longshots and most stats 90+ and they played me in CM but I was a CAM so I moved to Bayern and retired there 5 years later became 98 rated thanks to the EA football club giving +1 attributes it's really op when you're level 128 like me...
