Nope not impossible. Abou 18 meters are ideal for a Finesse shot. Use a player with 95+ lomgshot shot Power and finishing and about 90 Finesse. Goes in 90% of the time.

It also depends if you shoot with a player's preferred foot. But some players have a 5 star weak foot, thus making them ambidextrous wich implies they are capable to shoot as well with their weak foot. In addition it also is important if the player has the right traits, some are well known for finesse shots and others to have a powerfull outside shot, wich means you'll need to shoot into the opposite direction of the preferred foot to get op longshots.

Please do a finishing tutorial, cuz every fucking time i through on goal the goalkeeper saves it. Doesnt matter if i finesse it, power shot or driven shot it. Every time it ends up with a save.

You will need to aim before shooting, but quickly after pressing shot button (that depends on controller layout and console your playing on) To aim is very simple just point into the direction with the left Joystick, to the desired position in between the sticks.
