I would add jamie semple and fossey I signed them for my forest green rovers career mode and jamie is a a 92 and can still grow and fossey is a 89 that can still grow also they are beasts

I’m a tad confused re these RTG selections... the idea being you sign young and develop over a period of seasons as you climb the league. On that basis and I’m sure I’m not alone when starting at the lower end of the pyramid of football ( league two ) I tend to invest in a top scout and then sign a fair few youth players but while they won’t be rated much over sixty if at all they will all have a potential over 85 through to 90+ overall . So why is the first half of this clip promoting players with a potentially of mid to high seventies overall ? There’s not much glory coming your way if your team is made up of players rated at 75 on average 😳🤪

Chris Townsend I started for a club that had a player with a base potential of 77 and he was 65 rated, I got him to 88, dynamic player potential is a game changer
