Here’s an idea for trades - Make tradeable cards “transferable” meaning able to be listed on transfer market - Make untraceable cards “tradeable” meaning you can trade in untradeable cards currently that you get from packs with friends or someone else. Take a scenario where your a Liverpool fan and got TOTS Rashford untradeable and your friend, a Man U fan got Trent TOTS untradeable then you can trade with them (I know Rashford is worth more than Trent but it’s just an example) - Make SBC cards and objective untradeable. The reason these cards should be untradeable is because it’s a lot harder to pack good untradeable cards and third party websites could create scenarios in which you pay money for them to do SBCs for you which would not be good. Just my ideas any feedback would be great!

there could be two types of trade offers. “Friendly trade offers” or just “trade offers”. Friendly trade offers can only use cards received from the trade offer for a limited time where as “trade offers” can be for an unlimited time

For the Trade offers there should be a separate tab for Trading, and you type in either who u want to give away or who u want to get, and it comes up with either what people are offering for the card u are giving away or what people want for the cards they are giving away,

You can only trade unsellables for other unsellables. 4. No coins can ever be traded Idea would be if you dropped a lot of coins into an SBC (example Militao) but then immediately pulled Varane/Ramos in reds or something and don't need him in your team, you could try to get some value for him. But only on a very limited basis (one trade per season). Otherwise there could be abuse with multiple accounts teaming up etc. Another advantage here is if you miss an SBC that perfectly fits your team (maybe you are on vacation and a perfect SBC comes out and you miss it), you still could acquire this player later via trade.

Matt i think this would be a really good idea - Have two transfer markets, one like there is now and the other one for untradeable cards where all the cards on the market are untradeable and you can only use trade offers with your untradeable players to get them, this would be huge coz it would make duplicates interesting because you can use them to get other untradeable you don’t have and want to use.

Idea for trades: Have each rating/card type as a set amount of coins that the other player could either trade for those amout of coins or for players that would make up that amount of coins... e.g. say 99rated is worth 500k and a tots has a x4 multiplier that 99tots could either be bought for 2mil, another 99tots or a colection of cards that would make up the 2mil..... off topic but i think it would be great if in addition to leauge sbcs there was a collection book, for example you got every Barcelona player(including all the specials) and put them into the collection book and would then get a 100rated messi or something like that would be great to grind for

Trade offers- Only players of a similar price range can be offered/accepted. Meaning that an icon can’t be traded with a regular gold card. Also, no more than 3 players an be offered at a time, which can prevent people trading whole teams for one card. I also think it could be a good idea to maybe limit the amount of trading being done. For example, only 1 trade per player every week, doesn’t have to be 1, could be more but just an idea. I think trade offers should also be their own thing, seperate from the transfer market and without a time limit but with the option to remove one’s own player from the trading/offer. That way if someone makes or receives an offer, time won’t be an issue and they could get their player back if they don’t receive any offers.

Trade offers only for players that you have, to prevent coin purchasing obviously, say there was an sbc player that you missed but would fit your squad perfectly but your friend got it, you could trade some of your players for that card. Additionally if a player is bought off of the transfer market and then used in a trade, the player then becomes an untradable player, again to stop coin boosting. This would be great as it would bring back pink slips and would add a bit of fun to the game, which seemingly no one is having on the game at the moment

The only way to make trade offers possible (IMO) is to only allow players that aren't marketable to be traded while players that can be sold aren't able to be traded directly between players. On the other hand you could make it only players of a similar rating/price range can be traded but this would be more difficult to monitor. Neither of these ideas are ideal but they're better than nothing.

Trade offers idea: Can only be used for unreadable players i.e. sbc players that you unlocked but after a few games you decided that you don’t like using them and don’t just want to put him in another sbc or just have them sitting in your club. As you can’t sell them to get your coins back, you could have the option of trading them for another unreadable player on the transfer market. This also means that adding coin offers in a trade isn’t really needed which stops things like coin websites. Could also be used as an option for duplicates i.e., you’ve just packed a duplicate player and you have to discard him or put the other one in an sbc, now you could send him to a “trade pile” where they can stay on the market for a certain amount of time where people can make other trade offers for your player👍🏻

For trading we could have that you can trade up to 5 cards per trade and have a claim back to stop scams. There should be a censored chat section were we can speak to the person we are trading with (if they introduce random trades). As well, we should have duplicate storage so we can trade out duplicates instead of discarding untradable cards.

It’s so simple for trade offers to be in the game. You only allow the cards to be traded to be untradeable cards from your club, whether it is pack pulled, SBC or objectives. You can only trade between your friends and no coins can be apart of it. For example, you missed an SBC and now you really need it for your team but your friend has it and doesn’t use it, he trades it with a player if worth in your club. This way companies can’t sell coins or tradeable players.

Matt I think the best way to assure trade offers are allowed back into the game while preventing coin sales and whatnot is to allow only untradeable cards to be offered in exchange. This would not change the influx of coins in the market and would be a great way for advanced players in the game to get rid of expired sbcs cards that may no longer fit the meta, allowing other players to get access to them.

For the trading concept: What if we use a couple of ideas for starters only non tradeble items because this way theres no real possibility of coin trading. Next, tiers. Every player(quality) gets a tier like bronze nonrare tier 1 bronze rare tier 2 etc. Like this, ea could set a minimum requirement of trading players. A certain tier would be equal to a certain trade value. Now assome silvers bronzes golds and soecial cards will be more expensive than others, other factors can be added too. Like current market value and rating(for higher rated cards) all of these factors together will create the trade value of a player that has to be equal or almost equal to the other player his trade offer for the trade to be able to be complete. What do you think?

Trade offers could go a little like this. Depending on the card you can trade a certain amount of coins for the card (to decrease coin buying) Bronze can be offered bronze rare-gold rare and a max of 10K coins. Silvers can be offered silver-gold rare Max of 10K Golds can be offered gold-special cards with a max of 50K coins and specials can be offered any type of gold card with no amount of coins. You should be able to trade your red picks with friends. I think the main reason why EA stopped trade offers in the first place was because of coin sellers. There should limit this to a maximum of 5 Times per month, like returning Players from quick selling so it can not be abused.

Hi Matt my idea for trade offers would be that you can trade any player once and only once. As soon as the players have been traded they also become untradable if not already to stop coin transferring. This will make players consider trading more wisely if a player can only be traded once. You create a group of max 5 ppl You then select the card you want to trade A person should have the ability to either loan or permanently sell tradeable or untradeable cards. However, their should be equal value and you cannot trade expired SBCs or objective cards. But, if u can acquire the card it can only be a loan of 10 games or max 1 month. This will ensure u get the card back and a person doesn't have every untradeable card on loan. Furthermore, if you trade cards, there should be a way to calculate if it equal value for both players. You should see traits, skill moves and weak foot ratings of the items the player is giving to u.

They should think about introducing price bands within trade offers, operating in a way such as price ranges, restricting ability to transfer lots of coins. For example each player is put within a range. Eg if I listed an Aguero (market price of 250k and a band 3 player) someone could only offer me an equivalent trade of a band 3 player, whether this be an equally valued player or two band 2 players and a coin amount. It would take careful monitoring by EA to keep on top of market prices but would be a viable system

Trade offers idea: -Up to 5 players can be chosen to trade with other players, and/or friends -5 minute timer on the trade so that players don't have to wait long times for players to be found and can leave freely - After the 5 minutes is up, the trade if not yet confirmed ends and no players are swapped/traded. - As well as players, coins can be offered if that is what the other player is in need of/ willing to accept. -If players are traded, there will be a 3 day guarantee whereby you can take your players back if you and the other player are willing to do so. - If coins are traded, there will also be a 3 day guarantee back, however EA tax the coins and take the normal 5%. I think because of coin sellers EA won’t bring back general trade offers in the market. But there should be a system where if you’re friends with someone on PlayStation/Xbox for a certain amount of time, trade offers are allowed to take place. This would mean that coin sellers could not abuse the service. Another alternative is that EA reviews trade offers themselves to make sure no unbalanced trades take place (eg Ronaldo for a bronze player). This would mean that trade offers take longer to complete but again coin sellers would not be able to abuse the servers.

Personally think the best way to introduce trade offers back into the game is that the total coin value of the players/coins traded must be within the player's price range. Unfortunately EA probably can't use the actual active price of the players used to trade to work out their coin value. If not, then they could use the card's max price range as the card's value. I think it could work cause it still has a fair restriction for those wanting to buy coins, but it also allows some leniency for those who just want to trade with mates. If EA are desperate to reduce the effect of them as much as possible, then once players have been traded, they could become untradable. However, I'd hope they wouldn't be that extra.

For trade offers to return. EA need to make sure that people don't sell or buy coins using this. To prevent that I suggest the best thing to do would be that you can only trade cards that are within similar price ranges. For example: You cannot trade Gold Rashford with a max BIN range of 10k with a Mbappe whose max BIN range is much higher.

To ensure that no one could buy coins with the trading method, the card(s) you recieve when you accept a trade offer should be undradeble, the player in hand who offered a tradeable player to begin with would get the player back as a tradeable version if the other player who got him offered him back to the original club the player played for

for trade offers am suggesting a trade market just for untradables so we can get rid of the duplicates untradables and it will not effect the market in any way or packs and fifa points so ea could still keep earn money and we as community had no discard for duplicate that can help the game of a friend or so.

I believe they should do trade offers, however you can only do it for a limited amount. This could work just like fortnite where u get refund tokens for only 3 times. This could be implemented into the game very easy and no hassle. However I do think there should be more than 3 trades possibly around 10 trades or even one trade per month

I have an idea for fifa 21 rewards to make it more of a play to win game rather than pay to win, rewards after matches should be better, for example after finishing a match, theres a chance you can get a premium gold pack or gold pack, it's basically like random drops, tournaments should be added back and more sbc's should be added, like the nation sbc's from fifa 18, more advanced sbc's and more upgrade packs that dont expire like a 82 rated team for a 82+ player pack. Im not sure how to make trade offers happen because it could mess up the market alot, but maybe if you offer 90k worth of players for a 100k player, but you can keep the player forever if the player is tradeable, for untradeable players or players worth 0 coins, you can transfer them for like a week, a loan basically

There should be a trade option when you can do random trades and trades with your friends for card that you dont want and to get cards that u want a need. You should be able to trade for money or to trade/swap cards. Also they should add and option to trade in card and get a player out worth the same amount as the players you have put in.

Ea could rebrand untradeable cards to trade offer only, so that you can swap players with your friends if you both have one that you want, don’t allow coins in the offer to keep coin sellers out of the picture. This also would remove the frustration of packing an untradeable duplicate as you can swap it with a friend.

Trade offers but you can only trade untradable items,it would give them more purpose when you no longer want them rather than just leaving them sitting or throwing them into sbcs, also if you missed out on doing any sbcs it would allow you to trade for a player you would otherwise be unable to get

I think trade offers should be just has to be the equivalent to the ‘set value’ of each player within a set ‘price range’ Basically couldn’t swap Eriksen for Messi but could swap a messi for a ronaldo or swap say aguero, neymar and van dijk for a ronaldo...depending on current price on market at the time...that kinda thing

The Only way EA will ever bring trade offers back is that when a trade gets accepted the cards involved in the trade will become untradeable cause that will prevent coin buying/selling, also you won’t be able to trade coins in a trade offer only cards.. even if the cards are untradeable. That being said doing wagers with your pals for rare cards would be super fun and great for the game!

Count the lowest BIN on the market as player values and the trade offer has to be 10% within the range of that. So for example if Mbappe is 1M you can only trade in players worth 900-1.1M

Trade offers could be structured so that if you wanted a player like Eusebio worth around 3 million coins, you then have to submit a trade offer in the region of value of 3 million coins

For trade offers- ea don't want people selling coins or players. -if you can make it so you have to trade a total amount within a certain amount of the market price of the player -if tradeable players are traded they then become untradable after they are traded

EA could introduce trade offers, where players have bands, similar to their minimum or maximum price cap, therefore you can only offer players/coins to a similar value of the player you are wanting to receive. However not sure what way it could work with untradeable players etc.

Trade offers - one trade untradeable with untradeable so that there aren’t coins being exchanged and people would make use of their rivals untradeable rewards/ red picks - two - if could trade with friends but you could see you have been friends with them for a length of time ( be very hard ) third and new - add a new transfer where you can list for coins a player loan on the market - so listing messi for 20k for a week loan that would be a cool new addition

Maybe give each card a rating on their trade value... like 99 pele would have a 5 star and so will TOTS ronaldo and they are able to trade with each other. With that happening you can’t trade a bronze player with a half star value for a 5 star legend. Only 5 star can trade with 5 star and so on. It would stop people from cheating and buying other cards online and trading a bronze for a legend.

For trade offers there could be like tiers of players that you can trade with. Also they can remove the timer until the last 5 minutes or something.

Ok heres an idea. I wrote this on Simons twitter (the designer) Only make it possible to trade untradeable cards (untradeable pack pulled cards+ red fut champs player picks) Make it so that you can only trade within (80-85) (86-90) (91-94) and (95-99) that would make it less possible to transfer a 99 CR7 for a low rated card to transfer many cards between accounts, that would end up in less profiting from 3rd party websites from coin buying/transfering and then EA continue to get fifa points sold in that regard. Don't make it possible to transfer coins as a part of the trade. Only make it possible to trade with people who you've been friends with for 3+months. I know EA don't want coin transfering which ultimately takes money out of their fifa point sales, so therefore if you can only trade untradeables withing those requirements and only with friends there will be no chinese bots having much of a possibility, if however someone befriends a coin selling account, waits 3 monts (unlikely since you would want the coins straight away and the account most likely would have been banned before 3 months) and they end up transfering 95 Haaland for CR7, Messi and Van Dijk, (making the trade 3 times, then you can check their account if the other account is suspicious and then ban them is it is that way), for this to even happen, the chinese bots would've had to have opened loads of untradeable sbc packs throughout the year which is an enourmous grind for them, which would not pay out and then that makes it not possible for them because they can't make that on 1000 accounts as a bot can't complete sbcs throughout a whole year and trade to get enough coins for the sbcs. =Money maker for EA and we can have fun Being able to trade Fut champs players would be a very fun addition to the game
