Hey Andy, omar here from America. Have you given any thought on my proposed idea for when the formation is guessed? The option of having an extra guess for one of the rounds of the episode would make it quite interesting instead of just being able to have an extra trump card or changing the formation. Cheers mate! I think you should be allowed to use any version of the card if one of them are eligible, the fact there is a card in that position makes all of his cards eligible, this series is about outsmarting your opponent it makes more clever squads possible

You should be able to upgrade the card as long as the upgraded card actually gets chem. For example Rooney/Savanier is fine, but if you chose to use a player who’s base card is a CM but he has an inform at RW, you couldn’t upgrade to the RW if you chose his base card at CM.

I fully agree with playing players wherever they want. I think if they have a card that is eligible to play that position then you can play any version there that gets 10 chemistry. It's not Team takedown there are no locked positions.

💯 keep the rules as they are so a player can use any of their eligible cards as long as they have a valid positional card. It just helps with the thinking outside the box guesses and picks, even when some overthink their guesses.

It’s alright to use players like the savanier thing in my opinion. The fact is there IS a version of the player in that position, as long as it’s not like a case where the base card is a bronze or a silver, i don’t mind it to be honest

I feel like putting a player with multiple positions means you should have to designate which position you're guessing them for. In my opinion it's like having another guess which, while being cheeky, isn't exactly fair. For example Andy in this episode wrote on his white board RW Gabriel Jesus, ST Werner, and ST Edouard. But he plays it like he wrote RW Gabriel Jesus, ST Gabriel Jesus, ST Werner, and ST Edouard. If that tracks.

It’s been a thing for ages now and has always been used, so it’d be weird for him to change the rules now, especially since all guests know that too. It’s cheeky, and that’s part of the fun. It’s like when someone needed a man city RB, and so the only choices are Kyle Walker or Cancelo. Andy put both because of Cancelo having both a LB and RB card. It’s completely fair because both sides can use it. It just means some players may not be used as much as others

@@no.3_194 And I completely understand and appreciate that. For me though I want the feeling of being 100% on point with a guess and not "I covered all options". In your analogy I would just pick Walker or Cancelo. If I was wrong I'd just have picked wrong on a 50/50. But If I guess right I'd feel like a genius. It's like in the one with Jack where Andy got one of his CB when Jack could literally have gone combination in the game. That's the feeling I'm chasing. I'd like to also say that I don't begrude people that do it the other way either. It's just personal choice. Another way to say it would be that I'm tring to get all of them not just making sure I get one I guess.

I’m one of the people who loves the waffle and chat in squad builder showdown but I kind of wish it was spread throughout the video more. I’ve come here to watch sbsd but you have to watch literally a quarter of the video before the sbsd starts. It would be better I think to have like a few minuets or so between each section rather than 10 minuets chatting at the start and then bang 30 mins and the entire sbsd is done
