do you have to start new career mode to get the updated faces? or are they gonna update also in already existing save? Anybody know??

That's how it usually works.. You can only use the updated faces on players that already have a real face. And for the new faces for those players who didn't have a real face before, you have to start a new career.. But please check yourself, you never know!!
