this actually worked 🙏🙏 but the only downgrade was i could not my fps counter

Whats are your specifications?, ur config fix my game only a little bit, cause my game go to the hell untill the last update to fix AC problem, before my game used to run 90-100 fps during gameplay, and 60-40 in the cutscenes, but now i cant even get 60 in a cutscene, it stutters a lot, its so frustating play. I have: Ryzen 5 3600x GTX 1650 Super 16GB Ram idk what to do bro :/
