I was using 433(4) but when I reached division 6, I was losing every game with it & deservedly since I couldn't hold onto the ball for more than 5 seconds. I have now switched over to this formation and even though I have only played 2 games, I won both comfortably.

Thank you for the details. One thing is not 100% clear: in 4231 you mentioned 4 tactics: attacking, ultra attacking, defending and ultra defending. What about the balanced mode?
