*Guys, This video is about how to fix Fps drops down in Cutscenes, Corners, Entrance, etc... issues that also suffering to my whole pc, stream, recording, etc... You can feel frame suffering things in my video... So, This video does not mean to increase your in-game gameplay fps 'just like increase 60fps to 120fps, etc...' in low specs without upgrading your pc just like " How to download RAM free or etc..." and also you will say "why I only getting 30fps in those cutscenes?" answer is just go to complain to devs team to add 60fps cutscene in next FIFA games... like FIFA 24, etc... because they only use 30fps cutscene animation for those cutscenes. My video is just about "How to fix frame suffering even in high-end pc... due to their game problem."

btw here for AMD GPU: 4. AMD Control Panel Settings AMD users can tweak their AMD Software (Adrenalin Edition) to improve performance in FIFA 23. Right-click on the blank area on the desktop and select AMD Radeon Software. Open the Gaming menu on your AMD Radeon Software. Select FIFA 23 and customize the settings. Set Texture Filtering Quality to Performance.

for me its so trash that it goes to like 2 fps in the cutscenes etc and when i can play again everything looks like playing in 2x times faster and just unplayable

Mid match cool 100fps everything on high and when it comes to a cut scene corner or free kick like 10fps on a good day

While this does work, it comes at a price: temperature. Making your pc use the high performance settings may cause your pc to get really heated (wich will probably trigger the fans to go absolutely wild). If the temperature is too high for you, the other way to fix the lag during cutscenes is to turn off Hair Strands (That completely fixed the issue for me, even though I hate to turn it off since it looks amazing tbh)

Whenever I take a freekick, penalty, corner they all basically feel like 15 fps. Even though I’ve turned hair strands off. Idk poorly optimized ig.

I dont know if they updated something (havent played it for 2 months because it runed terribly, like 30-40 fps while playing on low settings), but played it today and i was surprised to play on medium and having between 50 and 60 fps, then after these fixes i managed to get a rock solid 60fps even on ultra. Menu feels much smoother as well, sadly the animations during corners, penalties and at the beginning at the match still have issues. They go below 30fps, they're probably 20-25fps, they're not smooth as yours.

This game has been running so choppy even with an RTX 4080 and reinstalls and fixes of all types. Nothing worked but the NVIDIA settings changes and the disable full screen optimisations worked for me finally. I didn't change the High DPI settings at all, still ok. Such a poorly optimised game! Thanks!

Did you check the fps limit in the game setting...? Btw if you mean cutscenes are only 30fps? not lagging... So that is you should tell the FIFA dev team cuz they put only 30fps cutscenes...

I don't know bro, but you can try these things: reduce the Graphic, Resolution, Turn off Hair Simulation? Or maybe it depend on your pc. also check the vsync setting.

it's probably the same bro. Just try to set the power setting to High-Performance mode, if there is GameMode option in your GPU, turn it on, if you are on windows 11, turn off the Hardware-accerlerated GPU scheduling and Optimizations for windowed games in the Windows's System>Display>Graphics>Default graphics settings

Guys this video is useless and does not fix the actual issue, FIFA 23 running at 30FPS in cutscenes is an engine feature. To fix it, you just need to tell the engine to always run at 60FPS, meaning changing NVidia settings and DPI settings won't do anything, cause they have to do with the issue.

You are saying this because you don't even know what the actual issue is talking about in this video. The issue is their game is not using full of your hardware computing power which causes problems in cutscenes that they will never fix. It's even in FC 24.

So, I think you should try OFF. and also make sure that you are not miss clicking with " Triple buffering ".

i run the game at 130-160 fps during gameplay and between 1-5 between cutscenes, its impossible for me to play FUT as when a cutscenes happens it goes through the whole cutscene, giving the opponent 10-20 seconds of playing without me, allowing them to score free goals, its so irritating as ive tried everything i could find to fix it but still nothing, crazy how much EA care about their PC customers.
