EA need to learn that in career mode young players can be downgraded and older players can be upgraded. Look at real life, Balogun and Almiron went down because they had bad seasons, which makes sense. The growth should depend less on the age and more on the actual performances like Lewandowski for me scored 49 goals and went down by 2 but Williams who i signed went up by 3 despite getting 5 G/A in 40 games. Let's hope growth in Career mode is more realistic in FC25.

I think it’s more how he continues playing. Like in the beginning of the season he was bagging goals but near the end he stopped and maybe it’s the rating for the next year and how they will perform that next year. Idk just a guess here

I think 84 for Guirassy is a bit too high. +7 for one season? I would say 82 max. And Muller should be 82/83. He had 8 goals and 10 assists this season as a CAM Also I have stated this previously as well, Mainoo should be at least 78/79 especially if Wharton is 78. Mainoo started in an Fa cup and euros final!

Guirassy has scored 30 Goals & 3 Assists in 30 Games so 84 is deserved. Kolo Muani has got a 84 last year and he only had 15 Goals & 14 Assists in 32 games
