It is called "Futebol de Botão". The rules are pretty simple. Two soccer teams with the same amount of players on the field. Each player has a turn to hit the ball and try to make a goal or something like that. I played that a long time ago. We played that at school during the breaks too. ^^

Its a very common game here on Brazil (less so nowadays, used to be way more but there are championships and whatnot), we call it "Futebol de Botão", a literal translation would be "Button Footbal". The name is a reference to the shape of the "players" on the board as you can see in the video.

Luis Rafael Herrera Technically they won their first World Cup in blue, but yes, most Brazilians admit that 1950 was an overreaction.

strykah92 It was in fact the first time Brazil played in blue. 1954s final was x Sweeden and Sweeden also had yellow on its jersey so Brazil needed a second uniform, wich it didnt have. Someone from the couching staff went to a store an bought a bunch of plain blue shirts and some withe fabric from wich he cut the numbers and sowed on the blue shirts along with the Brazilian national team insignia he removed from the yellow shirts. And thats how the blue jersey was born.

I think Brazil should still use the green jersey as the secondary. The yellow & green (+ blue & white - all 4) is so unique, it would always be easy to recognise. But blue & white is like red & white they cover maybe 80% of the national teams, easy to mix up with others. Like Argentina has blue & white as the secondary, Italy has it as primary. Sometimes coming to the match you're looking is it Argentina, Italy or Brazil playing. Well, before you notice there isn't really black players in the team - so it's Italy or Argentina. Yeah, close ups help, but when you come to the channel, and flags are not showing: one team in blue & white, one in red & white - who's playing :) And even after you recognise - it's boring :)
