@@MeMe-kk1xt Also infrastructure.. For instance, teams that play in the USL Championship are lacking the money and proper facilities as they are definitely not up to MLS standard... Lower divisions and there teams will need to generate more revenue and popularity before relegation is even a thought.

Most noticeable difference that I noticed is that there are way more women part of the football culture and crowd in the states. I think this has to do with the combination of American sport culture in general and the american women's team being the best in the world.

Women in America tend to attend all our sports here more than women in Europe go to sporting events. But I think Women in the U.S. are especially fond of football (soccer) not only because alot of them play it but because alot of them are responsible for taking their kids to and from soccer matches and practice and they attend their children's games, cheer them on and become a fan of the sport that way. That's where the expression "soccer moms" has become popular here.

And you can't deny Americans for working hard at building a fan base where football isn't the dominating sport.
