My dog can get anxious too when we leave. I found a treat ball on Amazon, it’s got little holes in it and I’ll put cheese or other treats in it to keep him busy trying to get it out. It definitely helps and keeps him distracted with something to do while we aren’t home 🐶 Teddy is super adorable, that little face 😊

My dog gets anxious when I leave too, he doesn’t bark but he whines like crazy. Good to know they miss us when we leave 😂 also my dog just turned 1 too!

My dogs name is Sophie. I love the name. These videos inspire me ❤ get your pup some pup friendly hemp oil, to help relax him! I did orange theory for about a year and got bored with it. I started getting lazy and kept getting charged. We ended up getting a peloton instead.
