You are right. Perhaps I should lower the gain coz I set majority of my testing to the max level coz it’s super loud compared to the recorded audio to my iPhone device

First make sure everything are plugged in properly. Check if the RECORD volume is on high. If yes, but still no audio on your recording/ streaming, most likely it’s the phone adapter issue as some adapters like the ones I bought from other store you can only hear all effects BUT WILL NOT WORK for Recording/Streaming. I bought my lightning and usb c adapter from the Apple Store and that’s what I’m using for my videos. If you can’t buy from Apple Store try adapter which supports calling coz someone commented before that’s the other option but I can’t guarantee as I have not tried it.
