nah it's different to the rest of kpop. Most kpop groups have too much reverb and vocal effects for my taste, this is fresh and different and the vocals are really dry so they sound like themselves literally the opposite of robotic.

@@hobart_hbf its interesting to notice how listening to different types of production trains you to like different things. It's the main reason why I believe no kpop 'rock' sound has yet to match the energy of real rock bands, because the mixing is always way too compressed to be able to pick out the distinct instruments which is a core element of rock music. Even Dreamcatcher which has captured the energy of rock/metal many times doesn't sound right when put in a playlist with other rock music.
