I love the formation with Nayeon in the center and all the members creating the shape around her that’s meant to look like an eye, bc the English translation of the lyrics at that moment is something to do with eyes wide open. I love how much detail they put into their choreo

You realizing that they're biting chains off LOL. And yeah MINA JACKSON, literally my first thought when I saw her part, I'm obsessed-- she's such a fluid dancer (I guess you could call her... smooth...) My favorite part of the choreo is either Mina's part in the beginning (not biased at all...) or the 2nd part of the chorus, when they do the chest pop thing-- the way they isolate is very satisfying. Another small thing, in Sana's part (when she drops to the floor), when she stands again and throws her arm out-- I love how there's a lot of weight to that move, it really feels/looks like she's throwing herself into the next formation. It's a really nice detail to me. Regarding MLSR the "tequila sunrise" part is my FAVORITE part of the choreo. It's so goddamn smooth and almost delicate? I never get tired of watching it. (Also, I feel like Jyo's getting SO MANY CLOSE UPS. She's wrecking me so hard lately, idk what to do.) And I agree about the album, not my favorite, but this era is really strong. Anyway, great reaction! I love how you just die whenever Mina's on screen, fantastic stuff lol, same.

Favorite moves are: * chest/shoulder pop * partnered shuffle rotation * knee lift to follow-the-leader skipping There’s just something about the overall collective silhouette that makes me feel like the formations aren’t interesting, which is weird, because you definitely see the variety and levels when you pay attention: something just gets oddly murky when looking at it from afar. HOWEVER! I am absolutely in love with the individual moves and dramatic poses they often hit when framing the formations.
