I wholeheartedly agree with this reaction, every single song was a burst of nostalgia... as for my favorite I think they really picked the best title track. "Pop? Pop!" is just absolutelyyyy magical - and then all the b-sides are equally good. Such a solid mini album, as a Lovelyz/early GFRIEND stan I am sooooo happy

Not only are the songs all cohesive in their sound for this mini, but I think it's cute too how each song has a lyrics that mentions their namesake, 첫사랑 :)

CSR "Sequence : 7272" and NewJeans EP are both so great... and on repeat in my household! The whole CSR mini-album is getting better with every song, "Toi Et Moi" (you not even trying to pronounce it 'the Korean way' when it is actually "You and Me" in French 😀😘!) just makes me happy... And "Euratcha"? I said it before, and I say it again: this song has the power to raise the dead! Those double modulations at the end? Sweetune AT THEIR BEST! *bow* An electrifying, perfect ending for a perfect mini-album! Jjirit jjirit! 😍

At 21:15, about this part, it's typicaly sweetune signature style to add these kind of harmonies/second melody (it's really recurent in Infinite songs for exemple), YES, they bought sweetune to produce "euratcha" that's why it's sound soooooo 80s and at the same time so unique ! The old kpop IS comming back slowly but surely ! The compagny really made a super great job for this album, a true masterpiece. I can't wait for some new content from them. CSR IS litteraly what WE are all craving right now. Just like you I literaly had teared eyes when I discover this gem. I always love your reaction because we really have the same taste in music, and WE relate in the same way.

The EP is a total delight! No fillers. My rookies of the year might not have included CSR, but like you, it didn't have any boy group in it. Mine would be between LE SSERAFIM and NewJeans.
