I do buy a pass each year. The only thing that bothers me is that you pay to swim, and so therefore, you would expect certain things. They have markers for the boats not to pass- it is supposed to be for swimmers, but it's not monitored - without fail when we go to swim, there are boats that come as close to shore as possible, they even jump out and start using chemical solutions right there to clean their boats! The beach area isn't groomed as much as one would thing either. Still its a gem!
