Fifty Shades of Guan

Had an absolute GREAT time on Guan, I hadn't thought about how much sheer base damage this character has in his kit along with how well he does with breastplate of regrowth, jotunns upgrade, crusher, and overall just having an great all in.

With abilities that shred prots like Guan 3, which items are better for him? Percent pen or flat pen?

Flat prot shred effects like guan 3 work better with flat pen since it basically just adds up, whereas percent pen actually loses a bit of value (but is still worth getting regardless)

As a KZbin enjoyer for over 12 years I always got very annoyed by people having unnecessary stuff that’s not the gameplay. For maybe like new tech stuff for a specific rundown of build paths or bans I can see it so I’ll think about it in that respect. What would you want to see from an outro?
