Isn’t just AI. I submitted a ticket two weeks ago about my champs dashing forward and backwards on their own. For example I will be two hits into a combo and suddenly dash back. Or will dash back and holding block then suddenly my champ runs head first into a defender combo or special.

I also get heavies added to my attack when that is not what I am doing. The frame rate issue I think causes my issue. I've had the dash issue w/ werewolf when I try and activate his howl. That kind of override is all on Kabam. If you are not moving you should not be forced to move.

I have also been having this problem. I'll dash back, see the opponent is about to throw a special, try to block and instead dash forward straight into the special; or, as you said, bi in the middle of a combo and suddenly dash back for no apparent reason. Really frustrating.

Autofight is doing the same thing as the opposing AI. If you fight wolverine in ROL with doom, he will only throw sp3's and heavies and you will kill him despite the regen.

XL vs XL matchups are unbearable now.. ai refuses to throw specials until you are cornered. This was most obvious in the onslaught - deathless kg challenge. Oh and onslaught is one of the most common champs to do the classic walk + light attack.. and its the main reason he is an annoying defender imo

Kabam doesn't care about players opinions about the game. They don't care enough to fix the game, they only care about sending out as many money deals as possible and players just seem to keep feeding them money LMAO. Players can go to the forum and complain but kabam employees get butt hurt over the simplest complaint and says you are attacking them and they'll threaten to end or suspend your account LMAOI. Defenders are dexing even basics attacks, holding block as long as Mordo does, defenders sitting at 1% health and it taking 15 hits just to finish off that 1%, Parrying right at the start at the fight is getting harder and harder. Some attackers need to constantly hit in to block but keep getting reparried. They need to at least take one month off just to work on fixing the game instead of trying to push out more and more content because the bugs won't get fixed but keep getting worse. What would be so wrong with taking a whole month without putting out any new content but just taking that tie just to fix as much as they can. It is that easy.

There is so much random unpredictable behavior. I hate when the defender just walks forward and, when they still appear out of range, throw the light attack that gets you. I have so many times lately where things I can explain happen. I go to throw a special at the end of a five hit combo and the defender blocks the special. The reaction times of the AI have become insane. I’m just so tired and frustrated that I honestly don’t know how much longer I can play the game and I have been here since the beginning.

Certain modes of this game - AW and Battlegrounds don't feel like they're a matter of strategy as much as they used to. They feel like it's a matter of luck with the AI (light intercepts, dropped inputs right before firing a special, et al).

For the longest time now the AI in incursions have been so intelligent against Hercules’ infuriate. They tend to stand still or walk forward, waiting for you to make a move and then immediately hitting you. Spider-Punk has also been more difficult to use for me as the AI is quite passive most of the time. That one guy had a point, it feels like the AI adapts to the champion you’re using, pretty clever but also annoying in serious matchups.

AI absolutely adapts to each specific champion. Compare how frequently Guillotine 2099 or Mantis throws an Sp1 to how frequently Kingpin or Venom throws and Sp1. It's completely different depending on how problematic the Sp1 to avoid or what problems it causes

Wasp, doom, iron doom can stun with there heavies when your no where near them. You can charge or try to intercept and next thing you are stunned from a charging attack

I have been experiencing the dexing timing issue IF they have an unblockable buff for months now. I have the dex window as muscle memory (as we all do) and if I try to dex an unblockable attack the same way I do with normal attacks I get hit pretty much every time. Good that you mentioned it at least I know it's not just me :)

Recently when playing herc if he gets hit into his immortality phase the defender will all of a sudden will change and get really good at dexing and intercepting you and make sure you can’t hit them which I’m sure is on purpose they knew people would be pissed if they nerfed him so they made it so it doesn’t really matter that he has the ability

One other new move i have experienced was during SoS CGR fight. I wanted to avoid having CGR throw a heavy so i was making sure i would only parry and attack and keep the flow going. So what does CGR AI do? He starts doing this BLOCK/ WALK/ BLOCK/ WALK / BLOCK/ WALK to inch his way to me only to throw either a heavy or hit my block to avoid the parry....crafty little shit was all i could think.

If the AI is going to have skills akin to or greater than the player, then the least Kabam can do is make nodes beneficial to both attacker and defender. Put us all on even footing. Of course Kabam will never do it, they will say AI is "working as intended". The intent is to make you use your items, units and cash.

The back draft intercept is almost impossible for a player to time and get out of because it is such a quick step back right into a light intercept or special while you are going in from a distance is unfair because we cannot do the same consistently. I can’t throw specials in between combos that are under 5 because the ai will randomly start blocking while the animation starts and while you whiff they will punish you with a 5 hit combo. Hulking will get parried through block while he is unblockable. How many more players need to quit before the message gets through

What about this one: while using onslaught: i go for a heavy cancel sp2 then all the hits hit the oponnent and by the time the last blast hit from sp2 is supposed to hit the oponnent, the blast goes slightly above the oponnents head and dont hit him. Like the last blast hit get faltered. WTF!!!

I noticed all of this, and it is frustrating. During fights my champ will knock off 1 to 2 % during a 4/5 hit combo, but that is disregarded when the opponent is at 1%. I’ll think I won the fight, and notice I’m still taking damage. The high chance of resistance to heavy attacks. My heavy attacks are blocked a minimum of 3 times every 1 to 2 matches, while I’ll block 1 heavy attack every 3 fights.

One simple glitch is the Ai ALWAYS getting the SP attack first even while you are hitting... I even try launching Specials after 2 or 3 hits to "surprise" the Ai.... But somehow I block when I launch SP1 and the Ai throws the special...... Amongst 100s of other issues and bugs and glitches😂

AI knows who you’re using on attack! If ghost won’t attack phase if abs man plays passive and won’t let you light intercept. Even nodes recently where you get power sting on you after bar of power but defender needs power sting on them to do damage. To transfer need intercept but ai turtles up. Not to mention light intercepting and dash back intercept.

Personally, I am all for making the game difficult when the situation calls for it but making new attacker champs for example with a counter attack ability that depends on the Ai charging in at you while you are charging your heavy attack only to have the Ai deliberately wait until your heavy attack whiffs and you are left wide open to be punished and then deciding to attack makes those type of abilities completely useless considering we are not playing human opponents we are only playing against the Ai which constantly refuses to cooperate. They should not be making every champ in the game have these traits at random whenever it seems convenient for them. Sure make nodes like All for nothing where the Ai won't throw a special until they have an L3 available and let the players strategize whether they want to use a taunt ability or some sort of power control to bypass the node but to just throw it in a kit for every champ and have it hidden from the players is ridiculous. It is breaking the game and making it infuriating to play or just unplayable at all.

I spent like 2K in less than 2 months on this game. The difficulty is ridiculous I can have a 6 star and/or 7 star and be at rank level 3 and maxed out. Have the best mastery loadout and still getting my ass tossed around like a rag doll playing against the AI. I think I wont be playing this or buying anymore from their store until something is fixed. This shit is ridiculous.

I had a miserable time with the Spring of Sorrow gauntlet due to the A.I behavior. I didnt really struggle with the Gwenpool solo fight but it was awful in the gauntlet. She would wait exactly until the controls reversed to throw her Sp1. Everytime i was ready to dex her Sp1 from the corner she wouldn stand still and hold block until i dashed forward. Absolute bullshit.
