Hey Kenny thanks for making the video. I was thinking to buy a wavemaster 2xl pro and buy just the gloves and the tracking. Question I have is are all the workouts updated and do they update it on a daily basis or is it the same workouts? What I'm trying to say is the subscription worth the money?

So the trackers pretty much start the subscription. If you don’t have a subscription, the trackers don’t work. If you don’t buy the trackers, you can’t do most of the workouts that they have. There are currently 40 workouts that you can do for free without a subscription/trackers. I believe the subscription is worth it because you get to track your progress and it gives you access to every workout. There’s currently 788 workouts (when I checked) and they do add new ones everyday or almost everyday. They don’t take down old workouts to update them. They just keep adding new ones

How well does the bag stay put with just the bag ring (no mats) on hardwood floor? Have you tested this out?

Even with the mats and the bag ring, it still moves little by little. I’m assuming it would move even more on hardwood and you would have to push it back to the original spot. Others have suggested to velcro the bag ring to the mats if you do get them

Have you interacted with their customer support. I was about to purchase this, but saw the negative reviews on their customer service. That along with the fact they offer no customer support phone number and their email says it takes 5-7 days to get a response, I decided not to get it yet.

They got back to me by email within 2 days back in November. But now they’re taking longer than a week to respond simply because they have so much demand currently. They stated they have been getting more visitors on their site than ever before so they’re really backed up right now. I think they have great customer service when they’re not overloaded with orders and emails and they just need some time to adjust but in the end it is definitely worth it. @@kennynunez in fairness to them I received an email today from an Ashley from their team who was awesome. I ended up speaking with her on the phone and purchased the full Tribe package. She was absolutely great and the reason why I was comfortable making the purchase. They're about 6-8 weeks out to ship everything, but looking forward to getting it nonetheless.
