In this interview, you will hear the story of Eric, a fighter of the International Legion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the hero of the documentary "The Borderless Will". He joined the fight for democracy and truth when Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Eric shares the true feelings of legionnaires at the front, who can join the International Legion in Ukraine and how he changed during the war.
Eric died on November 15, 2023 in one of the combat missions. We managed to record this interview when he was returning to the front line after being wounded. So in this video we tried to show the real Eric. He was a leader, a brave and good soldier, a writer, a philosopher, and a true friend of Ukraine.
The general producer of the tape, Vasyl Mosiychuk, emphasizes that Eric is "a Person who told the international community why Ukraine should win." His story reminds us of true strength and devotion to Freedom.

I came across this video today, exactly 2 years after the full invasion started. It touched me deeply. Sometimes you hear something and you know it will stay in your heart forever, it was just ment to find you. I feel Erik has all the love of our Creator in the world he is living in now. I for myself am deeply and unshakeably convinced that we just move on to a better more peaceful place. When I will be there in the future, he for sure is a soul I would love to meet. And if Ukraine is not only a place on earth, a country, a nation, but also consciousness, believe, hope, freedom and love, I have met him already. Slava Ukraini, may God bless Ukraine and grant it victory!
