Do you need LDS awakened for the fight ?

No you don't NEED it. It is certainly helpful for tankiness and stacking the armour ups faster and higher. None of the other two bullet points mean anything for this fight. So certainly not necessary.

So phase 6 you just fight her regularly?

For the most part yeah. She is just a 250K HP champ with (almost) infinite SP1s that after 2, you will probably want to heavy counter to avoid being pressed against the wall. She has NO mechanics when it comes to removing her health bar, whatever damage you deal will take her down and be permanent in the final phase. Also makes it good if you die in that phase, its permanent damage AND a low health pool.
