that guy who suggested the Pacquiao punch style.. that guy was me. You're welcome ;) I take rounds off when I need stamina. Use the ring to avoid my opponent and throw only to deter them coming forward. easily can get 12-15% recovery in one round that way. maybe that's not your style but that's how I go about recovering stamina
