I think you can formulate the wrapping impossible rule better so it fits in a more general way: ''Referee decides on whether the opponent has replicated the set trick and its style sufficiently'' So meaning that if Luan switch flips at 40 mph and someone does it at 1mph the referee could decide to rebate it
