In bhubaneswar Dahi bara and allu dum is only available in the day time and instead of visiting any fancy hotel like Odisha hotel to try odia delicacies, next time you must visit any small hotel nearby bhubaneswar or any part of odisha. They will provide you most authentic odia foods.

In odisha aloo dum dahi vada is a staple food that's available in the morning hours. You won't find the vendor during the evening hours. And as i speak of pakhala that shreyas was having, that's something you eat at lunch in order to keep yourself hydrated from the scorching heat. So at night it's a bad idea to eat pakhala as you may feel bloated. Thank you gaurav and shreya for visiting odisha!

Dahibara aludom is a breakfast iteam you wont get that in the evening. Thali meal and pakhala thali only in the lunch time. Try chancellor hotel for pakhala non veg thali in saheed nagar + chingudi bhajja (prawn) that is one of the top most.

hello gaurav bhaiya, dahi bara aloo dum bhubaneswar me genrally din me milti he aur cuttack side me shyaam tak milti he. If you ever visit bhubaneswar again there's a famous dahi bara wala at raj mahal square, comes at around 11 am you must try his dahi bara. even if can't try from there you can just try it anywhere. (note: if you find any dahi bara wala putting tomato sauce or red sauce in your dahi bara just deny them to take it as it ruins the taste and authencity)
