The main-voice chime sound is so luxurious in this one. So thick, yet clear and to the point. It works well to give that special edge in the lead-in. Similarly, the guitar-like lead is so well balanced to give the whole song such a wide frequency range. Certainly a perfect remix that retains the ideas of the source and then adds a whole new level. Thank you!

Thanks! I don't remember the exact order, but I do think there was an intentional "controlled" wipe+reraise in our strategy. Probably around when the Hume did his NIN 2hr, if I had to guess.

Oh man, these fights were epic individually, but the combined fight was just on another level. I've got a video saved that's of a JP group that went in with an alliance full of MNKs, BLMs, and BRDs, maybe a few WHMs. They basically just AoE nuked them all down after the MNKs did fully boosted Chi Blasts. I think maybe 3 of them survived, but they did it lol I remember when I first played XI, I was always trying to guess what a mobs job was, cause most of them used various skills and abilities of jobs. I found it doubly fascinating when they had combined jobs, like in this fight. Let's see if I can remember what each one is: EV PLD/WHM, HM NIN/WAR, GK SAM/DRG, TT BLM/DRK, and MR BST/THF Love the chill remix, and the slowed down fight for the video to go along with it!

Doing this fight for the first time with my Sky LS on Phoenix was an absolute highlight of my first few years with this game. Such an epic fight! It's definitely diminished here, being able to solo it at level 99, but was still a lot of fun to revisit. Glad you enjoy the remix!

Thank you so much! I'd like to do Castle Zvahl sometime, along with the Shadowlord/Dynamis theme. Both tracks have a darker, more ominous tone so it's a little harder to make chill remixes of them. Not impossible though! Just have to find the inspiration.

Dawntrail is getting an FFXI raid series so it's all but a lock that the Ark Angels will show up as bosses at the minimum.
