Awareness and Prevention
Stay Alert: Always be aware of your surroundings. Avoid dangerous areas and situations when possible.
De-escalate: Use verbal communication to try to calm the aggressor. Often, conflicts can be resolved without physical confrontation.
Physical Techniques
Striking Vulnerable Areas: Target areas that are more sensitive and can incapacitate your attacker quickly.
Eyes: A quick jab or poke can temporarily blind the attacker.
Nose: A palm strike or punch to the nose can cause severe pain and disorientation.
Throat: A chop or punch to the throat can cause difficulty breathing and incapacitate the attacker.
Groin: A knee or kick to the groin can cause intense pain and immobilize the attacker.
Basic Self-Defense Moves:
Palm Heel Strike: Use the heel of your palm to strike the attacker’s nose or jaw.
