What a fighter Holyfield was. The bravest heavyweight I've ever seen with Ali and that 10th round comeback against Bowe was one of the greatest memories I've ever witnessed in boxing. He was done. He was battered and somehow he ended the round exchanging like the true warrior he is.

Someone might say he's top 3. Someone might say he's top 5. I personally think he's at about 7th-8th of all time . He's above Holyfield though. He has to be. But I'm just glad that stupid arguments aside, he's being considered as one of the best of all time. He has been ignored and slept over for a LONG time and undeserving guys like Joshua and Wilder have been gifted the limelight. It's time to acknowledge Usyk. The only reason I feel Usyk doesn't make Top 5 is a lesser number of fights. He went pro late. He had too long of an amateur career. Should've become pro earlier. Should've had 30-35 fights by now. No other reason. Usyk, with his elusive style, would give even the GOAT a run for his money. No boxer in the history of boxing would have a relatively easy day with Usyk. No one. Every single one of them would be frustrated and fuming. Doesn't matter if you bring prime Tyson or Ali or Foreman. Styles make fights. And Usyk is a VERY frustrating opponent to face.

@ Liston and Patterson aren’t even comparable Usyk laps both there resumes combined and he’d sleep both of them, bowe ducked Lennox, got dog walked by golata, faced the same style of opponent his entire career and the second he faced someone who wasn’t a blown up cruiserweight he got dominated twice, Marciano and Louis never faced competition as good the guys Usyk fought, Tyson beat up a bunch of old washed fighters and lost to Douglas and Holyfield and he’s not above Usyk, Usyk didn’t “squeeze” past fury he clearly won both fights and won 7 rounds against fury in the first and cruised to a easy clear 8-4 decision in the rematch at the age of 37 also he beats pretty much all the legends you listed besides maybe 3
