I haven't heard many people pointing out there was a huge language barrier with his other coach. That is hard to make happen. I think this was a great move for him. Joe plays no games and he protects his fighters. I have seen it.

Yea he’s a good coach no doubt but I think Eddy have Ryan the boot cus he didn’t show discipline. Same thing goes to Andy Ruiz. U see Frank Sanchez and Valdez killing it day and day no days off. Haney is trash Ryan would KO him. kambosos would be a tough fight just because of how tough Kambosos is and Tank’s power is probably what would be a big test for Ryan especially since Tank is southpaw and Ryan drops his right hand. @@narkx5601 That’s your opinion cool. But just look at his opponents full of no names until recently when he fought Linares, who hurt him bad nearly stopped him if bell didn’t save Haney. Gamboa in his 40s was a meh performance in which Haney should have stopped him in later rounds. And the Diaz fight wasn’t an impressive domination type fight for Haney, he just did more than Diaz imo. So comparing the other fighters such as Kambosos who beat Lopez, Garcia who Knocked out Luke Campbell, and Tank who has been Knocking everyone out, Haney to me is definitely the weakest out of the top guys in that division. We won’t know until they all face each other.

Ryan used to close his eyes before when training n that's what he did in the ring as well. Now as we can see he's not closing them in training so he probably has fixed that issue so its fair to assume he will keep them open in the ring... You don't acknowledge his improvement that is why I'm saying the only reason is you hating on the kid 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️

@@mariolazaro2895 literally watch any video before he went to joe goossen. Reynoso is a hood trainer but a lot of the bad habits that Ryan had formed from a young age weren’t corrected by reynoso. The bond joe and Ryan have is showing early on. Joe seems eager to learn from Ryan (ex: when he was asking about the cobra bag and what counters he can throw) and he’s showing Ryan some new drills. He’s strict and pushes his fighters to the limits, you’ll see a new and improved Ryan.

Ryan's handspeed is unrivalled and his power looks very dangerous. I think its all about improving his defence with subtle changes and Joe will know how to tweak a few things in that department. If Ryan can keep busy and put together 3 fights this year I think he'll be world champion at the end of it.

You cant compare that to ryan, who doesnt speak any spanish, to suddenly be trained by a guy who only speaks spanish while hes still at the very beginning. Learning a language takes time, and your communication suffers immensely, especially in the first 6-12 months

He reminds me alot of amir khan. Lightening quick hand speed, good footwork, and great reflexes. And I see the improvements in his defense with keeping that right hand up. But he has an ego and I can see him getting into exchanges and if he doesn't keep up his guard he will get caught like he did with Campbell. He will win most of the exchanges against lesser competition but when he fights the top dogs like tank, haney, Lomo, Teo, and Shakur when he moves up in weight, will he keep that hand up.

Everything he does in these videos look good. When he was in Canelo's camp he was criticized for even the smallest of things forcing him to push himself to a limit which he couldn't take. 99.9% of percent of boxers can't take that level of pressure which is why he changed camps. I think this is good for him, to have Canelo's mindset is near impossible
