Fighting cancer with slime chemistry and BNCT - Tokyo Tech Research

Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) a technique that combines thermal neutron irradiation and drugs is expected as a new cancer treatment with few side effects. Professor Nobuhiro Nishiyama and Assistant Professor Takahiro Nomoto of Tokyo Institute of Technology have developed a new drug complex that enhances the therapeutic effect of BNCT.
