I did it on a whim haha. Since there were 2 alive characters i wanted hannibal to have a schtick. Did i need them? Not at all. But i felt like it added to the story and could open up a further telling about faction strife if i wanted to revisit it later.

I dl'd Dwarf Fortress, its ok but not as fun as the Rim.You gonna check out that Starsector mod i suggested, im doing a game right now but not trying to abuse it but honestly if you dont have modified fuel requirements its the best way to support exploration. I modded my game to use 1/2 normal fuel usage. @@PapaCheddar it's just the Seeker mod adds a few ships and exploration content, the Demeter Paragon may seem OP as it generates around 6k a day around a size 7 colony just selling vegitables, other than that it has 0 combat ability. Given how oppresive nonmoded games fuel consumption can be I would say it's kinda balanced. I actually got banned from another YTer discord for actually doing a public service announcement, I shoulda got a award instead kicked out.
