Hey baby girl. I suffered for 12 years with anxiety and bad bad panic attacks. Omg I'm typing this as you talk. I have been to the emergency room 200 times. All panic attacks. I narrowed down my anxiety to 95% diet. Fake seasoning processed food. Soy oil . I had to switch to all natural diet. I haven't eaten out or had fast food in six years. I cook everything or I won't eat it. I still have short bouts but they only last seconds. It's crazy how much diet helps. I haven't been to the ER in 5 years. You are spot on. Plenty exercise. And diet. Keep looking up. Depression has never bothered me. I do to the woods and walk all day. We should write a book. Take care.

If I eat msg I wouldn't get done eating and I'm running to the toilet and my stomach would empty by bowls. And I'm peeing all night. Straight up poison. Thirsty swelling . All bad signs. Breathing problems .my blood pressure 200/110. See flashes as my heart beats. I'm so happy to have gotten relief. I'm so glad your getting the word out. Keep looking up.
