Oh god I wish this was on Xbox. I know I probably can play it on other platforms. But I mostly play on Xbox. And if they did cross platform like they did with Them Fightin' Herds. I would get it in a heartbeat

When it comes to the character Area, she looks like she's from the game, mighty no 9, if there was a direct sequel.

Eliminating the Gougi, adding a story, a boss, endings for each character would have helped the title not to die. Too bad for the really small and woody animations typical of the Street Fighter EX series. I hope for a more curated follow-up.

Maybe someday the devs are able to make a game that feels modern like the others in the market. This one is kinda like a graphics remake of the old SF EX games. There are added gameplay features but not much. Another idea that I wish is that Arika's staff is assimilated by Capcom or Namco Bandai. So that the characters can appear in either SF or TK (like Akuma), or they make an actual "Fighting Layer" game now with a budget and following a guideline of modern standards.

Name: Area Age: (I have no idea how far FEXL is set, IIRC in SFEX2/3 era she's about 16-20) Origin: France Weapons: Rocket arm and turbo rollerskates Her dad was a prolific inventor and the one who made Area's weapons. Unfortunately, his successful experiments caught attention of Bison's organization. Now Area wants to avenge her father. (At least that's how it was in SFEX2/3 era)

Here's what I want, when it comes to DLC for Street fighter 6, costumes from, fighting EX Layer and and DLC character from this game as well, most likely, Area and or Skullo Mania or maybe even, Hokuto or Blair, if not her, Shirase.

Why wasn't this game bigger? I had no idea they made a new EX game. Why did nobody hype this game up? I've even seen more of that Power Rangers game than this one. Why? This franchise has a long pedigree...!

Excellent this game has that shopping to be Great but it needs to either partner with both SNK and Capcom this way much like Tekken there is that belief that a part 3 or part 2 crossover game could happen between both companies too much wasted potential here but instead of Terry should have been Mr karate that would have been more interesting whether it be one or two

This game doesn't even have a final boss. After all of this creative stuff from like 90s I've seen on this channel, a 2018 game looks so lacking.

You have to understand that Arika is a very small company, and this game didn’t have much of a budget. Thankfully, PlayStation gave it a chance to see the light of day by being a PS4 exclusive for a while. It may be lacking in certain areas due to a tight budget, but it’s still a really fun game.
