They speaks so much on what I’m going through me and my husband fought but we always resolved it it didn’t matter how bad it was, but now since has started a 2 month affair his excuse for his actions is oh we fight to much, I’m not happy, oh I want to move on with my life and with the other person. I do believe god can heal my marriage, the devil is after my family and he has a tight hold on my husband

I love the role play you did here to actually give us a demonstration of how to resolve conflict, but what about when your spouse doesn't react properly, when they refuse to see that they did anything wrong? Then what? I know as a Christ follower, you forgive anyway, but its really hard to be loving towards someone you feel doesn't respect and or honor you.

June howard ....I found it very difficult to admit that I had a problem to my husband because he would drag me through the Mudd afterwards. So why open up. Certainly nothing to look forward to such as forgiveness and understanding.

There's two things that are contagious. Laughter and kindness. When you react fearfully towards a partner, and react defensively most of the time, you can shame and guilt your partner into devaluing you so that they don't have to feel bad. They will convince themselves that they don't love you so they don't have to feel the hurt. Thats narcissism. But if you stay in a relationship with a person like this, the only way to turn it into something else is to be kind, patient, and keep your heart open in the face of fear. Lest you also develop an air of resentment. Which will show much more than you realize or think it does. And this will ignite anger, and self righteous pride. They will feel insulted, and do more put downs, more bating you into conflict, more taunting. They will want to break you of that. But it will make it worse, until you feel desperate for air that you can't seem to breate, and feel trapped into a corner by them. With no place to go but against. And this is when things become toxic. You have to learn how to become fun while fearful.
