Alex, they say most men will die with prostate cancer but not because of it. I am 69 and have advanced prostate cancer that radiation will not help. They recommend hormone therapy and chemotherapy. I have decided not to get treatments. 69 and feeling great. They say I must have had this cancer for quite some time now. I still cycle 125 miles a week and do plenty of pullups, chin ups and dips. I eat healthy, don't smoke or drink alcohol. I wish you the best of luck with whatever choice you make. I am rooting for you.

You will be just fine. Just make sure you find the best doctors and keep living a healthy lifestyle. 4 years ago i was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer. PSA 587 with a Gleason score of 10. Mets to lymph nodes and bones. Still going strong after treatments. Never give up !

Good luck Alex. I'm soon 72 and I'm choosing not to have surgery right now. It's been 1 year and I brought mine down from 13 to mid to high 8's. The few quallity years I have left , I will leave that to God. I really feel for you as it changes your life , no matter what. Welcome to the medical web . Take care

Alex, I was incredibly anxious like you before my prostate surgery. Pretty sure that's normal. Mr Wedderburn is a lovely guy, and he's top of his game just like you. Wishing you all the best!

I had a PC diagnosis in June 2021, Gleason 4+5. Got surgery and they found one hot node on ePLND so I did radiation and ADT (androgen deprivation therapy for 20 months). Now I have no evidence of disease and am taking testosterone cypionate to restore my testosterone. I feel very normal, don't have incontinence, am going back to there gym again, and can have dry orgasms, just with no jizz. My point is that you should be fine after proper treatment, and be able to resume your previous dojo activities after treatment. Best of luck to you for a full recovery!

i got surgery a month ago. i cant seem to control my bladder at all after 3 weeks. I speak loudly and move around and everything comes out. How did you fare in the first month?
@nelsonoliva211927 күн бұрын
Hi thank you for your post. I like you got urinary incontinence back at six months. Sexual function still not back nine months later. I still have zero function. Im very hopeful to get function back at years time but worried that no signs yet. Was your recovery gradual or some say began to happen at around the year mark? thank you for your help.

Sorry about your diagnosis (welcome to the club) but it sounds like you have done your research. I advise to get second opinions on everything including on choosing your surgeon and Don’t be shy on asking/screening your doctors experience. There are so many options on treatment, which is frustrating but a good thing. At 60 with a Gleason 4+3 and PSA at 10, I choose Proton radiation over surgery. I was/am more concerned about the various hormone therapy that I may need to do later. Most treatment choices appear to have similar longevity outcomes so the choice can come done to comparing the side effects. Supposedly the healthier you are before treatment the less likely you are to have severe or long lasting side effects for ED/incontinence. Thank you for posting this video and I hope you will continue to post as you go through your recovery.

Hi Alex, I hope you’re recovering fast. You don’t know me, but I had my first BJJ session at your dojo yesterday evening. It was a great experience and I will start the course next week. Your team were amazing and made me feel welcome. I had no idea about the circumstances before I arrived, but it was heart warming to see everyone supporting you. I very much look forward to meeting you soon. Wishing you a fast and full recovery. Best wishes, Arthur.

I’m 54yr old 5.4 PSA with one 3+4=7 core . Start radiation next month. It’s definitely a stressful and confusing at the beginning. I don’t think the information is correct about reoccurrence after radiation .Good luck. I also considered myself in excellent health with no meds ever and hard training 5-6 days a week.

Wishing you best of luck with treatment Scott, I hope the radiation works for you. I am on the 19 now after surgery. Doing well.

Saving your life should be ur priority. If surgery is the safest option dont hesitate. Problem of erection can easily be solved by erectile implant. Life has many others pleasures sex is only one pleasure.

Im in NZ and dealing with metastatic PC for at least 7-8yrs no surgery or biopsy but recently had to have radiation to spinal tumours to avoid paralysis and loss of bladder and bowel function but im a lot older than you. what is the supplement/medication from New Zealand you spoke of?

GcMAFplus 50ng. I do not recommend, it has done nothing for me, and it was ultra expensive.

Fuck Cancer? Maybe the cause is stress after your brother's death or something in the environment you came into contact with? Nice to see you smile at the end. You are strong. Life is worth more than erection. But you will fix that with pills and most likely everything will work out with ok urination. Hope the social support around you works. 🙏🇸🇪

Now Prostate Cancer At 72 And HOME TREATMENT PSA number 4 went to 9.6 in 8 months. MRI scan shows cancer 1.2cm. I'm changing diet and integrating cancer home treatment that was known since 1996. Pollutant Nickel taken in goes straight to hair loss and the prostate. All kitchen stainless pots removed and stainless utensils, since SS is composed of alloy with nickel. A knife stuck in salad dressing and then in mouth will show nickel taste in 1/2 second. Don't you remember grandma in the kitchen polishing her SILVER type SILVERWARE? Sandwich spread is made and eaten of Cilantro + olive oil, which is proven to draw out metals from body. The Dr Hulda Clark type mild electrotherapy Zapper kills microorganisms in body to an extent. (about 5-6 volts on+off DC frequency with copper pipe handles)The 3 Dr. Clark herbs also taken by instructions kills the remaining ones in the gut and organs through the acupuncture points on hands. . Contaminated food over time leaves parasites in body. Cancer is 3 things in body same time. - Polluted tissues, microorganisms, and cancer virus. The chemical that is secreted by these parasites just happens to be the growth substance the virus needs to wind up and go. This Orthophosfotyrisine is NOT supposed to be in body- even at minute blood test levels.These microorganisms only have metabolism and thrive WHEN in polluted tissues from propal alcohol absorption. It's in many things we use. Don't give them what they want. Deprive them of their preferred living environment. Also taking Moringa capsules to help reduce PSA number.
