Didn't get notice of new post - surprise surprise. Glad you stressed keeping water reservoirs safe with barriers to keep your animals from drowning. I found a great source for bottled water from a place called Chernobyl Springs! The bottles even glow in the dark so it makes them easy to find!!

The drought burned up my blueberries, pears and blackberries. Plum trees seem to be resilient. 4 months of drought rendered my rain catchment useless

West Alabama in drought past 3+ months. Then went from 85° to 27° in a week. We had freeze-dried foliage. Then 3 fires in 10 days nearby . One a house fire less than a mile away, with only DRY woods between.

We are still in drought conditions environmentally, at least here the temperatures have dropped and we got some rains, even flooding in some areas. I am hoping you are ok getting through this

We had rain all summer here, lots of street flooding. Last year, we were in a drought .

3:20 I see chem trails in the sky. My brother just finished building a house South and a little West of Titusville Florida. Yes they get more rain there! No city water available. Didn't drill a well. 15,000 gallon cistern tank with all the gizmos to feed the house. Get those animals off your water barrels. Time to do some research into building a system. Also time to look into drilling a well. Legally or illegally. I have abandoned wells on 2 of my properties here in TN. I am thinking about geothermal heating and cooling when I build.
